Not gonna lie, I was disappointed when the dress arrived. The color looked different from the pictures, and the lace wasn’t what I expected either.

I really liked the dress designs on Cocomelody. There were so many styles to choose from, so it took me a while to decide on one. The only thing is the filters could be better because it would’ve made narrowing things down a lot easier.

I was really hoping this dress would work out because it looked so cute in the photos, but in person the fabric felt thin and kind of stiff. It wasn’t completely terrible, just definitely not what I expected for the price. I had planned to wear it out that weekend, so it was frustrating having to scramble for something else last minute. I probably wouldn’t order it again.

My cocomelody order showed up in rough shape. The box was crushed on one side and the tape looked like it was barely hanging on, which made me nervous before I even opened it. I’ll admit I’m a little picky about packaging, especially with something like a dress, but for the price I really expected it to be packed better. Thankfully the dress wasn’t completely ruined, but the whole thing felt way more stressful than it should have...

Trying to make an exchange ended up being a headache. I had to dig through my emails for the receipt, and even then the process wasn’t very clear or easy. Definitely more frustrating than I expected.

This dress fit me just about perfectly. It was true to size and felt really comfortable on, so I’d definitely recommend it

I ordered my wedding dress from cocomelody because the pictures looked really and the price seemed reasonable. I wasn’t expecting some custom designer-level miracle, obviously, but I did expect the basics to go smoothly since it was for my wedding.

The dress itself wasn’t awful, but the fit was definitely off even though I sent in my measurements. The fabric also felt a little cheaper than I was hoping, and I ended up having to pay a local tailor to fix it, which kind of defeated part of the savings. Customer service did respond, but replies were slow and not always super clear, which just added to the stress.

I did wear the dress in the end, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. But for something this important, I think it’s fair to expect better quality and a more organized process. If I had to do it again, cocomelody probably wouldn’t be my first choice.

I ordered my dress online the whole website just gave me a weird uneasy feeling. I can’t fully explain it, but the size details didn’t seem to line up in a way that made sense, and checkout was dragging so much that I started second-guessing everything.

Just a heads up if you're ordering from Cocomelody: I followed their sizing guide exactly and even measured myself twice to be safe, but the dress still arrived fitting completely wrong. The waist was way too tight, while the top was loose, so it really didn’t line up with their chart at all.
When I reached out, customer service basically said alterations are normal, but this was not just a tiny adjustment. For something as important as a dress, I really wish I hadn’t trusted their sizing advice so much. Definitely be careful before ordering.

I had a question about my order, so I messaged cocomelody customer service and included my receipt email just to make things easier. They got back to me quickly — not right away, but definitely sooner than I thought. The email reply was clear and answered what I needed without a bunch of back and forth.
I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to follow up once before getting the final update. Still, they were friendly and helpful, and it felt like someone was actually looking into my issue instead of just sending a generic response.

In the end, I was just really glad the dress showed up sooner than I thought it would. Shipping was quick, and the tracking updates were easy enough to follow. My only small complaint is that I wish the package details had been a little clearer.

At first, the stylist seemed really friendly and I thought the appointment was going to go great. But that changed quickly. The dress felt nice when I tried it on, and the stitching seemed solid overall. It’s definitely decent quality, just not totally perfect for me. If you’re on the fence, I’d say trust your instinct

The consultant was friendly, so I don’t want to make it sound like she was rude, but she didn’t seem very present and kept stepping away. The dresses were pretty, but with such a big purchase I needed to feel more confident and less like I was guessing. I left feeling more confused than excited, which wasn’t what I was hoping for
